Terms of use
These terms govern your use of the getplurae.app and plurae.app websites ("Site"), operated by Pliologik LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Pliologik", "we", "us"). The Plurae iPhone app, when released, will be governed by its own end user license agreement and Apple's Standard EULA, not by these Site terms.
1. Use of the Site
The Site is an informational website about the Plurae app, served from both Plurae hostnames. You may view, link to, and quote brief portions of the Site for non-commercial purposes provided you attribute the source. You may not (a) attempt to interfere with the Site's operation, security, or availability; (b) scrape or systematically extract content for commercial reuse; (c) use the Site in a way that violates applicable law.
2. Intellectual property
The Site, including its text, graphics, layout, and the name "Plurae", are owned by Pliologik LLC or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. No license to any trademark is granted by your use of the Site.
3. No warranty
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. Pliologik does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pliologik will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site. Pliologik's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
5. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will update the effective date above.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
